| what is the music or sounds you listen to when meditating, is it a soft music or the sound of the ocean or a roaring fire, what do you like to listen to to get you in the meditating mood. |

| Hello Jak,
It can be anything. It can be the sound of nature itself, it can be didjeridoo or native american prayer flute. I also like drums (KODO for example), but I normally use that if I want to turn a simple meditation into a spiritual voyage.
