So... I have been trying for over a year now to astral project. I keep having the same problem though... I can get to the high vibrations, but then I can not come out of my body. Any techniques or tips that anyone has to share? I would be very thankful.

Have you tried clearing your chakras before trying to astral?

I don't know how. o.O

When I realize that I am astral projecting, I push through the electrical vibrations and just walk out of my body, most of the time I actually throw the covers off even if they really stay there. I either turn the knob of my front door and walk around, or I just fly right through the walls (that would explain my starseed/vampire/werewolf self). I've ended up in an alternate earth, where I went into an ocean and swam with the fishies. I've even messed with people in their sleep, but I won't go into that. I've flown to different homes that I've been to. I have also flown around to different cities, some of which I have never been. Sorry, I may not have been of help, but it is so energizing, I feel so free. I never did any research, I have been doing it for years, even before I knew what it was.
